About Hope Counseling

THERE IS HOPE

Hope Counseling Center is a ministry of North Wake Church which we gladly provide free of charge to our friends and neighbors who are not already connected to a local church. We want to pass on to others the compassion, mercy and practical help that God has given to us. We believe that God provides realistic and effective solutions for the struggles and hardships of life in His written Word and His living son Jesus Christ.

In the Bible, Christ says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

We believe that the first step toward change is to admit you have a problem to yourself and to God and others that care and are able to help. If you have come to this point, we invite you to call our office to set up an appointment to talk with our counselors. We will begin by getting to know you and your situation. We will then propose a personal plan describing how we believe you can overcome your problems. We do not expect to be paid for our service to you, but you may choose to donate to our ministry if you desire to do so.  We pray this ministry can be of great value to you/or your family.
