Since the beginning of North Wake Church, one of our core values has been to teach and model the love of Christ to our neighbors, from our own community here in Wake Forest to the ends of the earth. Our vision is that God would use us in a strategic way to spread the fame and glory of His name to the farthest reaches of the globe – even to the places where His name has never been heard!

Each year North Wakers give generously to support international missions through our Entermission’s silent auction and live auction. We invite you to participate in this year’s auction by donating your goods or services for the silent auction and by attending the Saturday evening dinner and auction (Aug. 29th) and bidding on silent and live auction items. Consider donating your time or elbow grease (e.g., babysitting coupon, house cleaning services, birthday cake making, lawnmower tune-ups, etc.) or an item you create or sell (e.g., artwork, blanket, handbags, plants/flowers, Tastefully Simple, Norwex, Pampered Chef, essential oils, etc.). If you’d like to donate an item or service, please email tylerp@northwake.com. Your donations will help Entermission 2026 raise more money for international missions so that the gospel may be spread to the nations.

Entermission – Aug. 16 – Aug. 30

Local Outreach

Sunday, August 16th @ 9am & 10:45am — We will be focusing on how we can reach our own community of Wake Forest with the gospel. One way we will reach our neighbors is to collect can goods for our Feed Ministry.

Local Outreach Food Collection – Pick Up Sunday, Aug. 16th and Return Saturday, Aug 29th — We are collecting canned goods from our neighbors for the Feed Ministry.  This is a great opportunity to meet our neighbors, collect canned goods and other items for the Feed Ministry, and, if given the opportunity, ask people if they have any prayer requests and pray for them. Pick up your bags in the lobby beginning Sunday, August 16th.

Monday, August 17th @ 6pm – Evangelism Training led by Far Flung Family

Join us Monday, Aug. 17th @ 6pm in Bldg. 6, Rm 601, for evangelism training led by our Far Flung Family. They will walk us through sharing the gospel using the 3 circles method of evangelism and share how they have utilized this method overseas. After a brief one hour training, we will have the opportunity to put what we have learned into practice by going out into the community to gather canned goods, share the gospel with those we engage, and ask how we can pray for them.

Church Planting

Sunday, August 23rd @ 9am & 10:45am —We will focus on Church Planting (“Why Do We Plant Churches?”).

International Missions

Wednesday, August 26th (5:15 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:15 PM) — Prayer for the Nations — On Aug. 26th, we will have a time of prayer for the nations. Each session is the same, so Grow Groups and members can pick the time that works best for them. We will go through prayer stations featuring requests submitted by our far flung family and then have a brief time of worship afterwards.

Saturday, August 29th, 4pm-8pm (Food Drop Off at 4pm) — International Bazaar & Auction — We’re hosting an international meal and auction of items from North Wake and our community as well as a live auction to support mission projects from our FFF. Join us Saturday, August 29th. Doors will open at 4pm and food will be served beginning at 4:30pm. The silent auction will begin at 4pm with the live auction to follow at 6 pm. No childcare will be provided, but we will have activity and face painting stations set up for the kids from 4pm to 6pm.

Sunday, August 30th @ 9am & 10:45am — We will be celebrating the mission of taking the Gospel to all nations and all peoples. There will be an offering taken for Lottie Moon missions and a special message.
