Promotion Sunday

All grade school kids (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) will move into their new classes on Promotion Sunday.
This Sunday is also the first Sunday of the new Serve Year! If your children have new teachers, be sure to meet them and introduce yourselves. Since the new teachers are not yet familiar with your children, please be sure to tag all of your children’s belongings (bags, cups, etc.) with their names. Please also remember to drop kids off with clean diapers or have them visit the restroom before taking them to class.

Children Ages 2 through 5, will also follow a Promotion Sunday Schedule:
- If your child’s birthday falls after August 31, 2023, they will remain in the Walking Babies class until Promotion Sunday 2026
- If your child’s birthday falls between Sept. 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023, they will move into or remain in the 2s class until Promotion Sunday 2026.
- If your child’s birthday falls between Sept. 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022, they will move into or remain in the 3s class until Promotion Sunday 2026.
- If your child’s birthday falls between Sept. 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021, they will move into or remain in the 4s/PreK class until Promotion Sunday 2026.
- If your child’s birthday falls between Sept. 1, 2019 and August 31, 2020, and they are not a rising Kindergartener THIS YEAR, they will remain in the 4s/PreK class until Promotion Sunday 2026.
- If your child’s birthday falls between Sept. 1, 2019 and August 31, 2020, and they are a rising Kindergartener THIS YEAR, they will move into the Kindergarten Class.
