Gratitude Sunday, June 9th

We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers,
remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of
hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3

Beginning June 9th, we will have an opportunity as a church family to thank everyone who has been serving on Sunday mornings during the 2023/2024 year. Everyone who calls North Wake home (including children) will be encouraged to write out a short note of thanks and encouragement to someone currently serving our congregation.

Here at North Wake, we get to experience the gifts of the body every Sunday morning. This may include walking into the worship center and receiving a bulletin from a greeter, enjoying a cup of coffee made by the hospitality team, sitting under amazing teachers in Adult Discipleship, or knowing your kids are hearing the Gospel through our Student and Kid’s teams.  It is truly humbling and an amazing picture of God’s grace to us to be served by fellow believers each Sunday.

There will be a table in the lobby with cards containing the names of each person who is currently serving.  Please take a card, fill it out, and drop it in the basket on the table.  All cards should be returned by June 23rd. Let’s encourage and thank those who share their gifts with our North Wake family on Sunday mornings.
