Never Turn Down Tea!

From R & S - NWers living and working in a Muslim nation… On election day, I took our new teammates out to look for their apartment. We struck out on finding an apartment at the first real estate agent's office, but as we were standing up to leave he asked me about the U.S. election. So I sat back down just for a second to answer his question, but fully intending to get up soon.

Kingdoms and Christmas

With the influx of phone addicts on the road, a common thought of mine has been, "I'm going to die in my car in Raleigh traffic." People drive with one hand on the wheel in bumper-to-bumper traffic at 60 miles per hour, all the while staring (not glancing, but staring!) at their phones. Besides breaking this law (is it even still a law?), people don't signal, don't obey the speed limit, and pedestrians do whatever
