Adult Discipleship Courses (ADC) meet Sundays at 9:00am & 10:45am. Prepared Bible Teaching from elders and other skilled teachers helps you grow in Biblical literacy and apply God’s word to daily life. Mutual Learning & Discipleship happens when Christians study God’s word together and discuss how to apply it meaningfully.
August 30th – December 13th
Sundays at 9am in Bldg. 6, Rm 601
This verse-by-verse study through Ephesians will highlight the work of God for us through his Son. When we are united to Christ, we can walk in the Spirit. Our behavior is always based on first beholding and believing in the promises of God given to us through Christ. We love because he first loved us, and we serve because he first served us.

In this 8-week course, we will explore what it means to “Live Different” in our financial lives. Through biblical study, personal reflection, and small group discussion, we’ll examine how the gospel transforms our hearts by shaping who we are, what we love, and what we prioritize. We will also consider how that transformation reshapes the way we view and use our financial resources in response to God’s great love and mercy.
What does it look like to worship Him with our finances? How can we cultivate practical habits to reflect that worship? How might stewardship become a pathway to becoming more like Christ, not just a list of things to do or avoid?
Together, we will analyze our hearts and our relationships with money while building practical tools for planning, budgeting, managing debt, and navigating financial conflict—skills that apply to every stage of life.
Leader Teacher: Mike Derstine

August 30th – October 18th
10:45am in Bldg. 6, Rm 602
How does the Holy Spirit work in our hearts, bodies, relationships, and church? This verse-by-verse Bible study in 1 Corinthians will be a space for reading God’s word, focusing on the work of the Spirit and how He grows our love and shapes our lives together as a church. Each week as we gather you’ll have focused time to study, and then time to reflect together.
These questions will be discussed as we study these scriptures:
- Who has Spiritual Gifts?
- What are Spiritual Gifts?
- How do we exercise Gifts?
- What are tongues and prophecy?
- How is “Love” greater than miraculous gifts?
- How does Paul want us to practice “prophecy?”

Joy can be elusive, but life with Jesus offers endless opportunities to live with the same joy he did. Pain, pleasure, suffering and celebration each afford us the chance to pursue joy every moment of every day. Let’s learn how to take those chances.
